We want you to love your purchase. If something isn't right, you can return it within 30 days of the purchase date with the exception of Pointe Shoes and the listed non-returnable items.

Condition: Items must be in their original, unused condition. This means they should be unworn, unwashed, and have all tags attached.

Packaging: Please return items in their original packaging. For shoes, it's especially important that the shoe box is in good condition with no damage or extra tape.

Proof of Purchase: A valid original receipt or invoice is required for all returns and exchanges. Returns without a proof of purchase may be refused. 

Defective or incorrect items must be reported immediately. We will process an exchange for the same item at no additional charge.

All Pointe Shoes can be returned within 14 days. They must be unsewn, not glued, and show no wear.
